Part 1: Show Me Your Papers Showcase

The first session of the Homoland Security series will begin with a presentation of UndocuQueer history presented by organizer and scholar Ximena Ospina. Following this presentation will be a multimedia showcase featuring short artist talks, screenings, and performances from undocumented and formely undocumented queer artmakers from around the country: poet Kemi Bello; poet and performance artist Jennif(f)er Tamayo; filmaker Armando Ibanez; artist, musician, and creatix Soultree; and poet and performer Jesus I. Vallez. 

The showcase will be moderated by two UndocuQueer members of the Homoland Security organizing collective, organizer and writer Laura Veira-Ramirez and organizer and visual artist Anthony Barroso.
