HIMALAYAN ART RESOURCES

The mission of the Himalayan Art Resources is to create a comprehensive research database that can serve as a virtual gallery and study center of Himalayan and Tibetan art.  Its website exhibits images of art from museum, university and private collections around the world, and it aims at cataloguing the whole range of Himalayan art objects known through past or present collections or publications. The database identifies and catalogues paintings, sculpture, prints, initiation cards and murals.
